Shipping Policy

Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-3 working days depending on location.

Standard Shipping: Arrives within 2-6 working days depending on location.

International Shipping: Estimated 2-3 weeks post-dispatch depending on location.

Pre-order: Estimated 3-4 weeks you will be informed once preorder of a product is complete.

All the orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. 

Need it urgently? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to expedite the delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD)? Yes Available! Once order is placed confirmation will be done via WhatsApp or Call before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at support@shichisoru.com.
